Where do the product come from?
Is through a Singapore friend who has settled down in Japan. All products here are genuine.
Why do you set up this online site?
We wish to offer some products at a lower price vs making purchase locally. We also take the opportunity to introduce some other products you don’t find them here.
Can I trust the authenticity of the products?
Sure you can. My friends and I are taking or using some of the products personally and all product come in the original packaging with product information, expiry date, etc.
What kind of stock do you have on hand?
All items available is as per what is stated in the blog. Availability of stock is on first come first serve basis. As we consolidate order and make purchase once a month, we do not keep too much stock.
Can I request for any stock?
You may request for items that are out of stock or the quantity you wish to purchase and we do not have enough. We will be happy to bring it in for you.
How long do I have to wait?
You may place your order anytime and confirmed orders (with payment recevied) will be consolidated on a monthly basis, on 10th of every month. Your order will be mailed to you by the 25th of the month. If there is any delay in arrival, we will inform you via email.
What does the price include?
All prices quoted are in S$, some prices are inclusive of postage and some are not. Postage is just within Singapore.
How do I receive my order?
All order will be by mail except for White Advance Drink Ex, Collagen Jelly and the more valuable items, where meet up will be arranged at the following location at both parties convenience: Jurong Point, Jurong East, Bukit Batok & City Hall.
How will I know if you have mailed the order?
Upon receipt of payment, order will be mailed to you within 2 days and you will be notified by email when the order is mailed. Please take note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail. If registered mail is preferred, please include another S$2.24 in your payment. Do take note that all goods sold are non-refundable or exchangable.
When do I have to make payment?
Please make payment within 3 days upon receiving our email that your order has been confirmed. If payment is not received from you within the timeframe, the stock will be released to other shoppers.
What is the mode of payment?
Please pay via bank transfer to POSB savings 207-54532-5
Your purchase will be mailed to you within 2 days upon receipt of payment.
